Lucknow: The Bangla election symbol has been allotted to the Lok Janshakti Party by the Uttar Pradesh State Election Commission. The Lok Janshakti Party does not exist yet. The Election Commission of India has seized both the party name and the election symbol. Even after this, the name of LJP and the Bangla election symbol in the list of recognized parties issued by the State Election Commission is surprising. Talking about the recognized parties, Shiv Sena has also been contesting elections with its own symbol in the state. But, after the rebellion of the Eknath Shinde faction, both the Shiv Sena name and symbol have been seized. It has not been included in the recognized parties even by the State Election Commission. In such a situation, questions are being raised on securing the name and symbol of LJP. Politics is now heating up till Bihar.

Election Commission of India seized the bungalow election symbol of Lok Janshakti Party. In such a situation, questions are now being raised on this allocation. Actually, after the death of LJP chief and former Union Minister Ram Vilas Paswan, the Lok Janshakti Party was divided into two parts. Pashupati Kumar Paras, brother of LJP chief and former Union minister Ram Vilas Paswan, rebelled after his death, taking along a large section of LJP. In fact, during the Bihar assembly elections 2020, LJP rebelled against the NDA and fielded candidates in the political fray of Bihar. However, the party managed to win only one seat. During this, Chirag Paswan, son of Ram Vilas Paswan, continued to do politics of opposition to Nitish Kumar.

post-election rebellion
After the Bihar elections, a different situation developed in front of the LJP. Pashupati Kumar Paras separated from Chirag and declared himself the national president of the real LJP. Started supporting NDA. At the same time, Chirag Paswan continued to do politics of opposition to Bihar CM Nitish Kumar. Pashupati Kumar Paras rebelled. In the Lok Sabha, taking 5 out of 6 LJP MPs with them, they formed a separate group. After this, the matter reached the Election Commission in the battle of party and symbol. The Commission seized both the name and election symbol Bungalow of Lok Janshakti Party. The party led by Chirag Paswan was named Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas). The election symbol of his party has also been changed to helicopter. At the same time, the name of Pashupati Paras’s party became Rashtriya Lok Janshakti Party. Election Commission gave him the election symbol of sewing machine.

There are still two factions in LJP
At present two factions of LJP are present in Bihar. Bihar’s senior journalist Pawan Prakash Vivek says that both the groups are running their own separate politics. However, Chirag Paswan’s tone has changed after the BJP parted ways with the Nitish government in Bihar. Chirag is seen moving closer to the BJP. Pawan says that Chirag Paswan is constantly trying to maintain and increase his mass base. They say that LJP has been a state level party. Bihar has been its base. In such a situation, if it has been recognized as a recognized political party in UP, then there may have been something wrong. Releasing the name and symbol of the seized party at the level of the Election Commission of India is beyond comprehension.

At the same time, many questions are being raised by the UP State Election Commission on the allotment of the old party and the old election symbol. Questions are being raised whether LJP has merged? Has the Election Commission restored the old name and symbol? However, the answer is, there is nothing like that. The situation can be clarified soon by the commission.

Both the camps are seen on one pole in the politics of Delhi
Chirag Paswan and Pashupati Kumar Paras may be seen on two poles in the politics of Bihar, but in the politics of Delhi both are seen with the Bharatiya Janata Party. In Bihar, ever since the BJP parted ways with Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar’s JDU, Chirag Paswan’s closeness to it is great. Earlier also he did not openly attack the BJP. Chirag has been called many times from JDU to BJP’s B team. At the same time, Pashupati Kumar Paras, who became a minister in the politics of the Center through Nitish Kumar, continues to hold the post even today.

The separation of Nitish Kumar and BJP has not affected Paras. In such a situation, it is believed that uncle-nephew will increase the legacy of Ram Vilas Paswan together. It is believed that Paras and Chirag can come on a pole through BJP. However, no official announcement has been made about it yet.
