According to Shyamala Hills police station, 55-year-old Suresh Kumar Manwani lives in house number F-6 Polytechnic College quarter, Shyamala Hills. He is HOD in Government Sardar Vallabhbhai Polytechnic College. Giving a complaint application to the police, he told that at around 4.30 pm on Wednesday, he was talking to his fellow employee near the college gate. At the same time Professor Sanjay Kumar Jain in the Department of Pharmacy in the college came to me in his car. He started abusing about the objection in the grade pay of Rs 10,000. When he refused to abuse, he tried to kill him by ramming his car. During this, other people of the college got crowded. Seeing this, Professor Jain fled threatening to kill him.

After doing PhD, there is a grade pay of ten thousand rupees. But for this CR form has to be filled. If there are shortcomings in this, then the grade pay of ten thousand is not available. Sanjay Jain also has to get grade pay of ten thousand. When Sanjay filled the CR form, deficiencies were found in it. Professor Jain started quarreling after objecting to the shortcomings.
